THE BAD WILL FLY AWAY

Who doesn’t know about this
AIDS the killer disease!
Oh! Maybe, there are fewer deaths
But, mind you, comrades
Crave not for any sickness
Your health is your being.

All of you here
Have an inkling of the instruction
Always on our lips – the old lesson
Yet, never at heart
ABC, why can’t we partake of you?

I wonder at our sympathy
Whose wage we know is death!
Is it true that cancer knocked out AIDS?
And, thus AIDS is normal
The stigma may be no more
But to be patient, is abnormal!

So rise and fight, youth of today
And embrace this role to play
In the deportation of this decay
And make this our globe all but okay.
